1. What if I don’t like something after all?
You have 30 days after receiving the goods to decide if the item(s) is/are right for you.
2. Condition
All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases.
3. Return Shipping Fee
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We offer high quality products at reasonable prices, DHL’s fast and secure parcel service and a wide range of gifts. So if we add the return shipping costs for our customers, we’re going over budget. We have chosen to offer customers discounts, gifts and secure delivery instead of paying the return shipping costs. In the near future, we hope to generate more orders and profits to offer free returns so that customers have a better shopping experience.
How to ship your item(s) back?
If you decide to proceed with returning the product, we would be happy to assist you with the specific return process. Please note that we do not provide return labels. Please follow the steps below:
1. Please provide us with the #order number and pictures of the product(s) you wish to return for our confirmation. Our customer service team will confirm with you the number of products to be returned and the refund amount. Please contact us at contact@renchic.com
2. Once we have confirmed the return, we will send you the return address. Please contact our Customer Service Team at email to get the return address. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Please ship the product back to our warehouse and ensure you provide us with the tracking number for the return shipment. Please keep the issued return receipt carefully until the refund has been made.
4. Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will process the refund for you. It usually takes 5 – 25 days, depending on the distance between your location and the warehouse. We do not send an acknowledgement of receipt after receiving your return. You can see where the package is by looking at the tracking number of your return.
*After major promotions, the processing time may be longer. Currently we estimate a processing time of about 3-4 weeks and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We greatly appreciate your patience.
Where is my refund?
Once we process your returned items in the warehouse, a refund will be initiated immediately.
* Please allow an extra 3-5 days to process the returned items due to high proccessing volume in the warehouse.
*If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
*If you paid by PayPal, Klarna or other online payment providers, refunds will be sent to the PayPal, Klarna or the online payment method you chose within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the online payment providers with questions about when the refund will be posted to your account.
I have received a payment request from Klarna even though I have returned all or part of my order. What should I do?
Simply log in to Klarna https://app.klarna.com/login and click on “Register return” for the corresponding DOROSE order. This will pause your invoice at Klarna until we have processed your return.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package

Note that dorose.de is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee’s information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee’s name). In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at contact@renchic.com with your order number and the correct information as soon as possible.
